Meg is an executive coach, award-winning journalist, and sought-after speaker specializing in leadership development. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with leaders and teams across a range of industries, including horticulture, and her clients lead teams at organizations like Syngenta, Costa Farms, NASA, Meta, and Columbia University.
She holds a master's degree in science journalism and has trained with multiple coaching institutions. Meg founded Green Industry Women — and the Leadership Lab — to bring that same caliber of coaching directly to leaders in this industry.
