About
We provide the community, support, and leadership training women need to lead powerfully.
Let's be real:
Women face unique barriers to leadership.
We encounter the typical leadership challenges: employee retention, having tough conversations, managing stress, creating team culture, supporting team morale, spotting and addressing burnout...
...but there's more....
Six Common Challenges for Women Leaders
Invisible Pressure
Beyond the normal pressures of leadership, many women feel pressure to avoid mistakes, hold everything together, and carry the emotional weight of teams, families, and workplaces.
Imposter Syndrome
Even highly accomplished women often second-guess themselves, underestimate their expertise, or hesitate to speak up unless they feel fully prepared.
The Double Bind
Women are often judged differently for required leadership behaviors. Assertiveness can be labeled “aggressive,” while warmth and collaboration can be mistaken for weakness.
Being Heard
Women are more likely to be interrupted, have their ideas overlooked, or need to repeat themselves to gain traction and recognition.
Boundary Guilt
Saying no, taking time off, or delegating can trigger guilt—making it harder to protect time, energy, and personal well-being.
Isolation
Leadership can feel isolating when there are few peers who understand your experience, fewer mentors who look like you, and pressure to always appear confident and composed.
