About Your Guide

Megan Taylor Morrison is an executive coach and sought-after speaker specializing in leadership development in the horticulture industry.

Meg has given keynote talks for women at Cultivate, Landscape Ontario, The Texas Nursery and Landscape Expo, as well as led educational sessions at industry events across North America.

Her connection to the green industry began early. Meg grew up in Fresno, California — in the heart of one of the world’s most productive agricultural regions — where orchards, farms, and gardens shaped everyday life. She later worked with the UN Food & Agriculture Organization, spent time on organic farms, and learned firsthand from her grandmother and aunt in their gardens.

With more than 10 years of experience as a coach, Meg has worked with leaders and teams across various industries, including the green industry Her clients lead teams at organizations including Meta, NASA, Costa Farms, Syngenta, Siemens, and Columbia University.

Meg has trained with multiple coaching institutions and hold a master's degree in science journalism. When she isn't working with her clients, you can find her dancing (lindy hop, tango, bachata - you name it!), working on her next book, or swimming in icy rivers.

Here's how to talk to your company

about sponsorship:

  • Identify the decision maker at your company (often HR)
  • Consider your company's goals and needs. How can this training help you support these?
  • Succinctly outline the win not just for you, but also for the company
  • Share the cost, dates, and why you want to participate
  • Offer to share what you're learning with your peers
  • Offer to create a write up at the end outlining your key takeaways

Is this for you?

Absolutely!

✔️ You’re a director, manager, founder, or C-suite exec with people reporting to you.

✔️ You’re ready to dive deep into personal and professional transformation with the support of a highly trained coach and a community of fabulous women.

✔️ You’re committed to showing up for group and 1:1 sessions—even when life (inevitably!) gets messy.

✔️ You’re willing to bring your full self: big wins, hard days, real conversations, and everything in between.

Maybe Not Right Now

✔️ You're a young professional just getting your start.

✔️ You’re looking for more one-on-one support (I suggest private coaching).

✔️ You’re navigating trauma or a mental health challenge (I recommend a licensed therapist for this stage of your journey).

✔️ You’re not able to invest the time, energy, or resources into personal transformation (and that’s okay—this space will be here when you’re ready).
